This is a breath taking 5 bedroom villa that over looks its own private lake with ducks and turtles. This home is completely renovated and designed by award winning designers. It has three balconies that overlook the lake and the magnificent backyard which includes a stunning heated pool, spa, fire pit and playground for the kids.

The back yard has won multiple awards including silver internationally and gold domestically. The house sits on a set of natural springs that have been dredged into small lakes that house all sorts of wildlife most notably ducks and turtles. Five houses away is a beautiful and large park with two playgrounds. The backyard itself has a playground and the house had many seating areas that have the feel of completely separate spaces and experiences. Inside has a transitional decor that is very calming.
All areas of the home and backyard are accessible to guests. The lake grounds are private, owned by multiple owners and not accessible to guests.
The home is close to many shopping areas, sports venues, and some of the finest dining restaurants. It's central location allows you to access all major highways and roads.

Summary: Overall great house, but lots of small issues that need attention. Balconies are not accessible due to needing repair, dryer was broken, table on back porch is falling apart, only a hand full of bath towels, the pool was pretty dirty, and the property manager informed me she was no longer managing the property first day of our stay.Overall, the owners are nice but for what you pay there shouldn't be this many issues.

Summary: My family and I had a great time. The little enjoyed lots of pool time and the playground. It was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to groceries, fast food and shopping. Any issues we had the property manager addressed right away.
